Terms of Service

Thrive New Mexico is a local business directory and community platform for New Mexico. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

You may not use the platform to post false, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

When you submit a business listing, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to represent the business being listed.
• The information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• You have permission to use any photos, logos, or media you upload.

All submissions are reviewed before going live. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.

When you submit an event or community post, you confirm the content is accurate, appropriate for a general community audience, and that you have the right to publish it. All submissions are subject to review and moderation before appearing on the site.

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submitted content that does not meet our community standards.

By submitting content to Thrive NM (listings, posts, photos, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.

Enhanced listings are available for $9/month, billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

Enhanced listing benefits include Google Maps integration, Google ratings display, and increased visibility on the platform.

You may cancel your Enhanced listing subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Enhanced status until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

To cancel, log in to your Owner Dashboard and manage your subscription, or contact us directly.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

The Thrive New Mexico name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission. Content you submit remains yours — we only use it to operate and promote the platform.

Thrive New Mexico is provided "as is." We make no warranties about accuracy, uptime, or completeness of content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
