Coffee Friendly Tech is a warm compassionate technology coaching service helping adults and seniors in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho feel confident and empowered with their everyday technology. Founded by Lindsey, a patient and passionate tech educator with a gift for making confusing things simple, Coffee Friendly Tech offers one on one sessions and small group classes covering smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, email, video calls, apps, wearable technology, and more. Sessions are conducted in your home, a local library, or a cozy cafe at completely your own pace. No jargon. No rushing. No silly questions. Just calm friendly support from someone who genuinely loves the moment when technology suddenly makes sense for someone who has felt left behind. As Lindsey says: "You are not behind. You just have not been shown yet." Whether you want to send photos to your grandchildren, learn how to FaceTime family, avoid online scams, or simply understand why your phone keeps doing that thing, Coffee Friendly Tech is here to help with patience, clarity, and a warm cup of coffee if you would like! Services include: One on One Sessions at $60 for 60 minutes with written notes included in your home, a library, or a cafe. Small Group Classes at $30 per person for groups of 3 to 6 people covering smartphone basics, photos and texting, scam avoidance, video calls, smart TVs, streaming services, and more.
